Air shower chamber are classifieds for human and material entries. It is the most effective for self-controlled and clearing off dust particles from clean room personnel to reduce the contamination of products and clean room equipments.

The air shower is mounted at entrance to clean room and other sterilized area. It is used in effectively manner for purification by high efficiency of (HEPA) filtered air reduces the contamination. The dirtied air is purified and re-circulates through pre-filters within the unit.

The air shower system is an auto controlled interlocking systems for entrance, such that the entry and exit doors are electronically interlocked and photoelectric sensor suited. Air shower systems are made (Constructed) from SS304, GI powder coated, EPOXY painted. The main function of the air shower is to purify the dust air, such that it used HEPA (0.3micron) and Pre filters. Disposable / washable pre-filters with 90% arrestance of dust air to extend the life of the main HEPA filter. It is designed in such a way to ensure that the lowest noise and vibration level is < 70 db
